Paraguay's Justo Villar: Uruguay deserved to win Copa America

New Estudiantes goalkeeper praises continental counterparts for winning a record 15th title as his team went down by three goals in the final of the competition on Sunday evening.

After suffering a disappointing 3-0 defeat to Uruguay, Paraguay goalkeeper Justo Villar has congratulated the 15-time South American champions.

Diego Forlan scored twice after Luis Suarez opened the scoring as Uruguay beat Paraguay on Sunday to be crowned champions of the 2011 Copa America.
Despite lamenting the unfortunate injuries that plagued his team, the new Estudiantes keeper was quick to congratulate a record breaking Uruguayan side.
“That was fair - Uruguay as champions - because they had a very solid team, and the attackers [Forlan and Suarez] are two lions, they are among the best strikers in the world," Villar told reporters after the game.

He added: "We had good games in the beginning of the championship, but after that the team went from huge to small. It cost us because we played a very physical football. It is not an excuse but we had many injured players. "We got in the final because we had guts and luck. Today [Sunday] in the second half, we had the ball a lot and created chances but it did not work."

Those who have power to change things don't bother to;and those who bother don't have the power to do so .................but I think It is a very thin line that divides the two and I am walking on that.Well is pure human nature to think that "I am the best and my ideas unquestionable"...it is human EGO and sometimes it is very important for survival of the fittest and too much of it may attract trouble.Well here you decide where do I stand.I say what I feel.
