300% hike not enough?!

The cabinet on Friday approved a 300 per cent salary hike from Rs.16,000 to Rs.50,000 for MPs but this was not enough said members from various parties as they stalled Lok Sabha proceedings seeking more money.

These great MPs are asking for more. Are they not ashamed to ask for a raise?! No they are not! Yes belong to a special breed called " Indian Politicians" which lacks the "gene of shame"

Here they have so much of unfinished business-The CWG is in a mess! Kashmir is out of Government's  control! Nobody wants to take responsibility of dealing with the Maoists! The inflation is all time high! Nuclear deal and Nuclear liability bill is not properly done! and list goes on! and they want pay hike!

Everybody wants promotion, pay hike and what not but when will they be ready to be held responsible and accountable? Aren't there clauses for accountability for these MPs and bureaucrats?

So this is where we live-no body wants take the responsiblity no body wants to be accountable but all wants to be their in the limelight taking the credits and more money and more power.

Here the young talented Brazilian footballer Neymar may show the way and the next generation of Indians may be inspired!

Santos' president Luis Alvaro lauded Neymar for his "courageous decision'' to stay in Brazil and said he hoped the move would spark an end to the relentless talent drain to Europe. "We've built a different possibility,'' Alvaro said. "We no longer accept the idea that we're an underdeveloped nation always at the mercy of the powerful European clubs.''

It is really pleasing see the maturity and integrity of young 18 year old footballer choosing to stay at Santos and saying no to money and fame! He may leave sooner or later but the fact is and will be he showed the guts to say no and chose to show the loyalty to his club and country by staying there and to try give something back!

Those who have power to change things don't bother to;and those who bother don't have the power to do so .................but I think It is a very thin line that divides the two and I am walking on that.Well is pure human nature to think that "I am the best and my ideas unquestionable"...it is human EGO and sometimes it is very important for survival of the fittest and too much of it may attract trouble.Well here you decide where do I stand.I say what I feel.
