If I were the Prime minister of India with a very good majority win.

I will carry out the following things

1)Will bring in reforms at political systems

1.1) Implement NOTA option in EVM-if NOTA in majority all the candidates loose their deposits and and opportunity to stand again in election.

1.2) Restrict the parties contesting national level elections to five best parties-based on top major winners in last elections.Rest have to prove their credentials in the state elections.No multi party system.

1.3) All Government Officials/Ministers will declares their assets and criminal records.Election candidates without any criminal background.

1.4) Limit election spending and declare all the donations

1.5)No reservations - only financial support for economical backward classes

1.6)Age limit to be set for-PM and President of India to be set at 60.

2) Administration changes

2.1)Complete autonomy and authority at district and panchayat levels with accountability and responsibility.

2.2) Transparent and open dealing and every Rupee of public money accounted and available to public to verify.

2.3)Right to information done in true letter and spirits.

3)Encourage more PSUs to be more ambitious with a 50-50 policy of paying 50% of the profits to Government.

4)Incremental TAXES and Luxury tax.Those who have more pay more.Those who spend more pay still higher taxes.

5)Basic Education for all-Higher education -50% to able ones and 50% to those who have money.But the standards are still tougher.90-80-50-20 principle for pass rate-90% in 10th pass,80% in 12th pass,50% in graduation pass,20% in higher education pass.All screening will be at national level-so the top 10% meritorious students get scholarships.

6)Good sports infrastructure in place to win minimum 20 Gold medals in Every Olympics.Qualify in FIFA world cup.

Have Indian Football clubs in AFC champions League.

7)Encourage GREEN research and awards and tax benefits

for Low Carbon footprints industry.

8)Have Indian research institutes in Save yourself mode-do or die for patents,IPs and technologies or go home and rest.

9) Have a self sustained agriculture economy

10)Stronger,transpernt and quick Judiciary



The highest point of democracy is Voter's right to reject candidates.The center's unwillingness in amending the law to include this NOTA option in the EVM is height of the fear residing inside them and their reasoning is highly illogical and ironical saying that the illiterate voters will be confused-do they mean they have been in power by confusing these illiterate voters-then what is the point of democracy-don't allow these illiterates to vote but implement NOTA in EVM at the earliest.
